Tricks to help clean YOUR OVER CROWDED INVENTORY !

Ok so for all my new friends when the mood strikes ill give lil tips I have picked up ...some u may have heard or already know but lets review!

Cleaning out your SL Inventory!!! can DEF BE A PAIN but Ill help make it a little easier ...

Begin by typing words like "DELETE" & "THANK YOU" ... "DEMO" "HOLD" you will notice that you have TONS of unwanted SCRIPTS AND NOTE CARDS AND TRIAL Based items that you no longer need GO AHEAD AND DISCARD ALL OF THAT!

Secondly FIND YOUR SIZE! if you wear a MED ... why keep a XXS or XXL toss out the sizes that YOU KNOW YOU WILL NEVER WEAR! they just make the loading time slower ! and who u kiddin xxs is a lil extream ijs lol (skinny bitches are evil....ij )

3rd If u have not done so already MAKE FOLDERS!!! as u shop filter your items it MAY SEEM LIKE UUUGH LOTS OF TROUBLE but u dont wanna have a inventory with over 80k and shi is er where (excuse my french) so take time make folders i.e ...Bottoms...Tops.... Jewelry.... etc and then make sub folders ...shorts...skirts....leggings etc and place things where it goes ... if u are like me and TRY TO MICRO MANAGE ! (uugh dont judge me) ... I label my stuff with the year ..so I can toss out outdated stuff w.o the hassle or tryna fig out when i gat it ! grrrr

OOOOO AND THE FREAKEN DUPLICATES ARE OUTRAGEOUS... we all know bout the *COPY ITEMS* that somehow find there way into your life and make babies when u r not looking so u have 12 end tables from mudhunny (again dont judge me ) this step is a lil more tricky cause it involves YOUR OBJECT AND LOST AND FOUND FOLDERS (uuugh the devils folders) AND IT REQUIRES A FEW STEPS (this is for those not faint of heart ... ) first type "NO COPY" INTO YOUR INVENTORY ... everything that is no copy will come up ...u wanna take that and place ALL that in a folder marked "TEMPORARY FOR SORTING " or some shi ... so now in your OBJECTS AND LOST IN FOUND u will be left with EVERYDUPLICATE THAT U HAVE u can delete all that ! .. cause its some where else n your inventory (TRUST ME *evil grin* ) ..and when u r ready u can go back to that temp folder and sort it into the correct places that it goes ! ... ALL YOUR CLUMPED ITEMS AS WELL IF U HAVE A CLUMP THAT SAYS NO COPY U MAY WANNA KEEP THAT AND PUT THAT IN THE SORTING FOLDER AS WELL UNLESS YOU SAY FUX THAT AND TOSS IT TO THAT IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION...ok ok om done for now I HOPE THIS WAS HELPFUL ENJOY YOUR DAY

MORE INVENTORY CLEANING TIPS ... CONTINUED FROM JUNE 27TH ... Hello Ladies I just have a few more tips that you may wanna add to your cleaning .. now that mesh bodies have hit the scene you no longer really need the "factory layers" of your outfit and I dont see ANYONE going backward (to a non mesh body) so unless you are rocking parts.... there is no need to keep the factory layers and they can be deleted . Also if you use your "filters" (located under the little "gear" like button at the bottom of your inventory) you can push the show none and then check the scripts button and TOSS ALL THE SCRIPTS that come in the packaging of your purchases you can also type in "unpacker, unpack " this method is not as good as the first as its will get rid of only some of the scripts that take up space but not all! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ .. type "hold" in your inventory ....and start deleting..... .......Type "delete" in your inventory ...do that ! .... ....Type in "bag" that should take up space too.... ......Type in "thank you" .... and delete ......Type "read" ... and toss it ....type "important" ...delete that too .....type "how" ....tons of NC delete ! .....type "hover" .... unsure emoticon dont ask just delete ! ..... type "instruction" .... u know what to do by now rofl ....type "terms"..... delete MORE COMING ILL UPDATE MY BLOG heart emoticon P.S dont forget the diff variations of "thank you" "thanks" Thankx" etc .... same with "INFORMATION" , "INFO" DELETE ALL THAT LADIES AND GENTS ! other things to think about!!! Saved Outfits ADD TO YOUR LOAD !! so it you know you wont wear it again and its outdated DELETE IT! ... OLD PICTURES AND TEXTURES (especially designers) toss all your old things (I find that if you begin all your "attempts" with the same first name they are easier to find and trash ex...try1,try2,try3 etc...)
